I love shooting with my instant cameras, but the one problem I have is how to store the fantastic shots from them! Sadly as of late they’ve all been living together in a ziplock bag, which is neither the cutest or the best way to store them, and they deserve better. I’m happy to report, I’ve found a solution! 🎉
This was the sad situation before…
And here is the beautiful solution! The lovely folk over at Instant Snap have created these awesome albums for both Instax Mini and Wide, the Mini album comes in a few different colours, as you can see I have the mint green/blue which is actually one of my favourite colours 😍 I’m also loving the look of the Mini album in the mustard yellow, as well as that they have it in pink, brown and cream so you’re spoilt for choice.
As you can see, the Mini album is certainly sturdier. You could definitely take this out and about with you, or travelling (which would be so handy) whereas I think I’d be wary taking the Wide album on travels, just because I wouldn’t want to ruin it! Saying that I do love the look of the Wide album and the black pages on the inside contrast so beautifully with the craft paper colour on the outside. It looks so slick!
Finally having a way to neatly store most of my Instax shots (I have too many 😬) is so great, not only will I now look through them more and be able to reminisce, but just to have them organised is so pleasing! I think I’d perhaps prefer the arm of the album (is that even the right phrase? I’m not sure) being more of a button clasp but it still feels secure like this. I only say that as with all the photos in the album it gets quite thick and I think when I’ve filled the album up the arm will only just be in the loop. It’s not a huge issue for an album that’ll stay at home but it you’re taking it away with you that might be more helpful.
While sorting through all my photos I realised just how many blue Instax shots I have… It’s not a problem but a funny observation that I’d never paid attention to before! 😂
As we’re in Spring I thought I’d collect together some of my favourite Springstax (isn’t that just such a cute term, I’m proud of it), which perfectly compliment the mint green of the album, I found this sooooo satisfying to look at on my desk.
If you’re an unorganised Instax shooter like myself I’d definitely recommend you check out these gorgeous albums and perhaps pick one up – let me know if you do!
For more Instax snaps definitely check out my Instagram as I post them often!
Thank you so much Instant Snap for sending me over these albums to review, I’m obsessed with them and so glad finally a pretty instant photo album exists!
